Lagoon Pond Waterfront with Private Dock

Set on a quiet point on Lagoon Pond in Vineyard Haven, this private waterfront home offers something genuinely rare on Martha's Vineyard: sweeping water views, real boating access, and total privacy, all just minutes from downtown and the Steamship Authority.

Nearly every room looks out across the pond toward Vineyard Sound, so the water is part of daily life here whether you are having morning coffee, reading in the afternoon, or watching the light change in the evening. A private dock with a Boston Whaler is included for your stay, and deep water mooring access is available if you are bringing a larger boat. Spend your days out on the pond and the Sound, then come back to your own dock.

The home sleeps comfortably across four ensuite bedrooms and four and a half baths. The second-floor master has a king bed and the most expansive views in the house. The first floor offers a queen ensuite, a twin ensuite, and a half bath, and the lower level adds a fourth ensuite with a queen bed. Every room is independently heated and cooled with mini splits, so the whole group stays comfortable no matter the season.

This is a place to slow down and settle in. The point setting keeps things peaceful and tucked away, while the short drive into town means you are never far from restaurants, shops, beaches, and the ferry. For travelers who want waterfront privacy and a boat at their own dock, this is a hard combination to find on the island.
