In the main house, the first floor has a king bedroom with an ensuite bath and a half bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath, along with a small bedroom with a twin daybed. The separate guest house adds two more queen bedrooms sharing a bath, plus an upstairs queen bedroom with its own ensuite bath.
